Use ：
This equipment is mainly used for drying following matters in medicine ,chemical and food industries : ●Matters which can not resist high temperature . ●Matters which are easily oxidized . ●Matters with crystals which should not be destroyed . ●Matters with the residual volatile material which should be retrieved . ●Matters with the discharged steam in drying which should be retrieved . ●Strong irritant and 、poisonous matters . Characteristics ： ●Since the container runs continuously , the heating surface of the matter is always changed . ●There is no any pollution because of indirect heating . ●Thermal efficiency is high ,over two times higher than that of normal drying oven . Principle & Features : ▲The so-called vacuum drying is heating & drying of the materials under vacuum conditions to which ,vacuum pump is adopted for air-bleed and humidity suction thus speedy drying is reached . ▲When a constant heating temperature is maintained , increasing the vacuum can speed up the drying process . ▲When a constant vacuum is maintained ,increasing the temperature can also speed up the drying process . ▲Increasing both vacuum and heating temperature will speed up drying process significantly . ▲Solvent in the materials van be re-collected through the condenser if it's adopted . ▲The condenser can be substituted by SK series water-ring vacuum pump or ZSWJ series hydropower spray vacuum pump unit if available . Application ▲Suitable for drying thermal sensitive materials easily resolved .polymerized or deteriorated under higher temperature . ▲Sterilization can be conducted prior to the drying process ,during which ,no foreign matters is allowed to enter the materials . ▲Static vacuum drier elimintes the configuration damage of the drying materials ,it's therefore widely used in such fields as pharmaceutical ,foodstuffs ,chemicals and electries etc .
